Brooklyn Metropolis Lions Foundation, Inc. is the charitable arm affiliated with Brooklyn Metropolis Lions Club, Inc., created to advance meaningful service, strengthen community partnerships, and expand the reach of programs that support individuals and families in Brooklyn and beyond.
As a 501(c)(3) public charity, the Foundation provides a dedicated structure through which charitable resources can be received, stewarded, and directed toward initiatives that respond to community needs.
Our Purpose
The Foundation exists to support charitable, educational, and humanitarian work rooted in the Lions tradition of service.
Our areas of focus include:
- Hunger relief and food insecurity
- Vision health and preventive screenings
- Educational support and scholarships
- Community health and wellness
- Humanitarian relief and community assistance
Through thoughtful partnerships and responsible stewardship, the Foundation seeks to strengthen the impact of the service already taking place while creating greater capacity to reach those who need support.

Brooklyn Metropolis Lions Foundation, Inc. is affiliated with Brooklyn Metropolis Lions Club, Inc., while maintaining its own charitable governance and financial structure.
Together, the Club and Foundation create an important continuum: members identify needs, build relationships, and serve within the community, while the Foundation helps provide the charitable infrastructure needed to support and expand that work.
